A piece of Italian history in the historic and pleasant Treviso

We present a villa that represents a piece of Italian history, a prestigious historic complex composed of four buildings: villa with attached barchessa, rustic building with lemon house, and caretaker's residence. The location of this residence is extremely convenient for great privacy and tranquility and at the same time for proximity to the airport and highway exit (5 minutes) and to the train station and city center (2 minutes)

VILLA
The main building is classified among the “Venetian Villas” and dates back to the eighteenth century, with nineteenth and twentieth-century modifications. It consists of three above-ground floors and has an area of about 510 sqm, of which 170 sqm concern the splendid attic on the third floor, an open space paved with original bricks with windows on three sides that give brightness and spaciousness to the environment. The attic or loft is accessible from the Barchessa.
The historic building is in good condition, with original eighteenth-nineteenth century finishes.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with services, a large and bright living room, dining room, separate kitchen, study room. The representative living room is finely crafted, with original wooden floor and ceiling, and a charming fireplace corner with original high-quality windows.
On the first floor, accessible from the main staircase, there is a living room that leads to the 4 main bedrooms and a bathroom, where the original mosaic tile coverings have been deliberately preserved, the floors are “Venetian style” and parquet strips, the ceilings have exposed beams.
From the spiral staircase on the ground floor you access a separate room with parquet floor, a laundry room and a second bathroom, also tiled in mosaic.

BARCHESSA
The barchessa is adjacent to the Villa, connected to it on the west by a corridor and with independent access from the garden. Completely renovated in the second half of the twentieth century, it appears as a large space with exposed beams.
The environment is a large double-height volume overlooking a large mezzanine; therefore, there is a double-height living room with a fireplace in style and a portion under the mezzanine with standard heights. In the eastern portion there is an apartment consisting of kitchen/living room, entrance, bedroom and bathroom, while in the northern portion there is a warehouse followed by a garage; a second garage borders the barchessa.

THE RUSTIC BUILDING WITH LEMON HOUSE
This is an autonomous service building for the residence that has a warehouse area with two large windows on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there are kitchen, small living room, bathroom and storage room. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area with three bedrooms, a large wardrobe/room and a second bathroom. Adjacent to the building there is a garage, communicating with the residence, and a porch with independent access from the secondary dirt road.
The building requires careful renovation work.

THE CARETAKER'S HOUSE
It is another autonomous building located near the main entrance, arranged on two floors with access from a porch; on the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen and on the first floor a large bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe.
This building also needs to be renovated.

THE PARK
The park surrounding the Villa complex is English style, with centuries-old and fruit trees, with flower arrangements, hedges and mythological statues in white stone dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries.
The park is part of the Sile Park system and has been published in several sector magazines.
